KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

- To deliver on site customer services and provide application support for phaco and VR equipment to customers

- To work closely with commercial and marketing team to promote sales of services agreement

- To install, repair & maintenance of the equipment

- To verify and ensure the equipment is in good conditions and does function well

- To provide equipment demonstration and training to customer

EDUCATION

Diploma or above with major in electronic / electrical engineering or related

EXPERIENCE

2 to 3 years of experience in equipment maintenance
