OBJECTIVES/PURPOSE OF JOB

Responsible for the implementation of specific training programs to provide professional training support respectively for the direct accounts channel and internal sales team;

Aim at providing strong professional supports to create positive business impact in China.

KEY ACTIVITIES/RESPONSIBILITIES

The position will be mainly in charge of the training management includes manage and improve channel training system and development of teaching materials that are suitable to difference business channel. ?They will be? respectively in charge of? direct account, distributor, hospital channel and? internal training.

Establish and perfect channel training system.

1.??? Internal sales training system.

2.??? Direct accounts, distributors and hospital channel training system.

?

Closely communicate with channel sales team and market department. Be familiar to channel customers and business. Develop training courses. Make channel annual training and professional extending plans. Manage channel cooperating education programs.

1.????? Develop professional teaching material of products.

2.????? Make and fulfill training and extending plans of new product.

3.????? Make and fulfill annual training plans of channel custom. Follow up and handle feedback.

4.????? Maintain high standard in performing PA key cooperating education program: B+L university, cooperation education with IACLE, local optometry association and key optometry school.

5.????? Develop new courses constantly according the internal request in phases.??

6.????? Establish and maintain good relationship with customs, ECPs and the industry. Learn the dynamic of products and competitive products. Offer feedbacks and advises.

Overall plan and manage the teaching resource of channels and justly distribute local resource.

1.??? Make channel training budget justly and control the cost effectively.

2.??? Manage the channel teaching resource and distribute the resource justly according to the local professional request.

QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING

1. Graduated from Optometry University.

2. Senior Optometrist.

3. Training instructor.

4. IACLE Fellow.

EXPERIENCE

1. A prior to person who has an experience of professional training management in transnational corporation for more than two years.

2. Familiar to the optometry industry and own qualification of senior optometrist, optometrist or ophthalmologist.

3. Have skillful PPT production experience.

4. Professional training and lecturing. Have skillful skill of lecturing and rich experience of arranging training meeting.

5. Have strong ability of communication, with data analysis and study capabilities.

6. Good team work and corporate attitude and strong sense of responsibility.

7. Able to work under pressure and have managing ability.

8. Strong executing capability.
